CACI is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Coordinator to assist our Army client at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD in providing direct technical and management support to PEO C3N International Security Cooperation (ISC) and CECOM Security Assistance Management Directorates (SAMDs) under multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Admin or case funded requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the PdM Fire Support Command and Control (FSC2) government lead in providing direct technical and management support to PEO C3N ISC and CECOM SAMDs under multiple FMS Admin, FMS or Building Partner Case (BPC) case funded requirements from initial case development through execution for all systems and platforms aligned under the PdM FSC2 product portfolio.

• Assist the PdM FSC2 government lead in the management and execution of current or emerging Security Cooperation Armament Agreements (MOUs) aligned within the PM Mission Command (MC)/PdM FSC2 portfolio.

• Support the PdM FSC2 government lead in executing all project and program coordination, reporting and execution requirements with both internal and external stakeholders including PM Mission Command TMD/RMD assets, PEO C3N International Security Cooperation (ISC) offices, stakeholder PEOs, DASA DE&C, DEVCOM, CECOM SEC/FD/RDIT and SAMDs.

• Participate in all applicable FSC2 Product technical reviews to maintain and understand relevancy to active FMS Case and security cooperation and assistance requirements.

• Assist and or facilitate input to all FSC2 portfolio product and program documentation supporting security cooperation and assistance requirements.

• Participate in relevant security cooperation and assistance meetings. Includes FMS and BPC Case Program Management Reviews (PMR), related Techncial Exchange Meetings (TEM), related logistics and technical working groups, Artillery System Cooperation Activities (ASCA) working groups and activities, coalition fires exercise planning conferences.

• Foster working partnerships and relations with US coalition partners and allies.

• Support travel requirements, up to 20 percent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• US Citizenship, active DoD Secret clearance and ability to maintain a TS clearance required.

• DSCA Security Cooperation Workforce Certification – Basic (OR acquire within 1st year of employment)

• Bachelor degree or better in Engineering or Computer science preferred, Program Management/Business and 10 years experience or No degree and 15 years experience

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• Leadership skills

• Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure

• Interpersonal and People Skills

• Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills

• Excellent Oral, Written, and listening communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Must be able to operate independently with little or no supervision.

Desired:

• All Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE) training courses offered (TSFD)

• Strong technical and operational background with fire support C2 systems or platforms

• Experience in FMS case development, execution and management or broad security cooperation and assistance experience.

• General knowledge and operational employment of tactical C2 platforms including operational battle management systems supporting maneuver and tactical networking.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$95,500 - 210,100 USD
