Bug Blasters is looking for a self-motivated, positive and organized member to add to our office team. Job duties will include scheduling appointments, answering incoming calls and messages, taking payments, supporting the service professionals in the field, organizing the office as needed, and handling any customer needs.
What we are looking for:
- High level of phone manner and office etiquette.
- Must be able to handle a busy, multi-line phone system.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Must be reliable, hard-working, honest, and have an incredible attendance record.
- Great attitude, welcoming personality, and ability to promote a positive work environment.
- Skills in problem solving.
- Skills in verbal and written communication.
Customer service, organizational skills, self-motivation, and being a team player are crucial to this position. We have a great office environment where we work together to ensure the tasks at hand get completed. There is room for advancement in the company and help/guidance is always available if needed.
Starting pay will range between $13 and $17 per hour depending on experience and qualifications!
