[In this role, you will be involved in the machining or processing of metal and non-metallic parts by operating CNC Milling Machines. [Key Responsibilities:]{segoe="" ui",sans-serif"=""}]{segoe="" ui",sans-serif"=""}

• Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines to perform tasks such as turning, drilling, bar feeder, and live tooling
• Optimize set-up times, maximize machine utilization
• Ability to run CNC vertical mills/robo drills
• Understand specifications of the tasks by reading blueprints, route instructions
• Experience in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDandT)
• Troubleshoot programs and make adjustments when needed
• Setup CNC lathe machines to complete full cycles to produce a high and low volumeof parts, improve productivity, maintain offsets, and inspect parts with a high degree of precision
• Follow the in-process part inspection process, and notify the Supervisor/Lead on the occurrence of non-conformance
• Communicate with superintendents, managers, production control, and quality personnel for assignments, and resolve quality issues
• Work safely and wear all required PPE for the duration of the shift
• Document all issues written to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
• Check and perform preventive maintenance daily
• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
