Now Hiring: Human Resource Development Generalist!

Location:A cozy office space in our Abilene Office, where HR magic happens! Salary:$52,000 - $72,750 (because youre worth it!) Schedule:Mostly Monday-Friday, but with the occasional HR superhero mission! Reports to:You'll collaborate closely with our awesome HR Manager, gaining mentorship and support while making a big impact on our team!

What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers):

  • Keeping benefits and leave programs running smoothlybecause happy employees = a happy workplace!
  • Handling performance feedback, investigations, and employee relations like an HR ninja
  • Leading fun employee engagement and wellness initiatives (Yes, you get to plan the fun stuff!)
  • Making sure we follow all thoseimportantHR laws and best practices (because compliance is cool)
  • Supporting safety initiatives and keeping our workplace injury-free (safety first!)
  • Helping with hiring, onboarding, and professional development to build an unstoppable team
  • Creating and implementing training programs to help employees grow and thrive
  • Diving into HR metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions (spreadsheets can be fun, right?)
  • Maintaining employee records like a probecause organization is key!

Qualifications -What We Need From You (AKA The Wish List):

  • A Bachelors degree in HR or a related field
  • At least 3 years of HR experience (because we need someone who knows their stuff!)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills (aka people skills!)
  • A knack for multitasking and prioritizing like a boss
  • HR tech-savvinessMicrosoft Office, HRIS, talent management systems, etc. (Paycom knowledge would be awesome!)
  • Bonus points if you have a PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification!
