ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage projects for commercial builds
Handle customer requests via phone calls or emails
Process changes orders
Be willing to work overtime when needed
Occasionally travel to jobsite meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Employee must have and maintain valid driver's license and be insurable on company insurance
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or zero to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and Comsense (Company-specific operating system).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to sit and use hands to operate telephone, type and operate computer and mouse.
The employee is frequently required to talk, hear, and bend and twist neck.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Employee will occasionally need to drive 100+ miles for jobsite meetings.
Must have some construction- inventory experience, familiar with warehouse terminology
