About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Human Resources Administrator to join our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day administrative tasks within your department. Primary duties will include managing administrative tasks such as record keeping, scheduling appointments, managing databases, responding to enquiries, coordinating and communicating with other department, third party vendors, suppliers and Colleagues as deemed necessary.

Your main duties will include:

  • Travel booking and bank account administration.

  • Preparation of employment-related certificates.

  • Maintain effective HR administration processes in the department to ensure efficiency and customer service.

  • Assist to organize colleague events, recognition ceremonies and team building activities to enhance colleague engagement.

  • Assist in maintaining the HRIS system.

  • Responsible for inspection, requisition, complaint handling for the smooth operation of colleagues’ canteen.

  • Assist with candidates’ transition and on boarding process.

  • Travel booking and bank account administration.

  • Prepare various HR reports and summaries as required.

  • Assist in Filing, controlling and maintaining all colleagues’ files according to the SBU standard.

  • Maintaining the departmental roaster and coordinating with the departments to fix the attendance mishaps and amendments.

  • Support colleagues with general requests, such as accommodation or payroll queries and passport requests and returns in order to maintain a customer service oriented and supportive HR function.

About you:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in human resources management /business administration /hospitality or hotel management.

  • One year in customer service-oriented role.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks.

  • Work in a multicultural environment.

  • High level of written and spoken business English.

  • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and able to deliver results to deadlines
