Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to assist with transitioning data from an old system to a new one, with a heavy focus on data entry tasks. This role involves extensive use of Excel, including V-lookups, and interaction with the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely ordering and replacement of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Help with cleaning out the old system and entering information into the new system.

  • Review and enter purchase orders into the system (NetSuites).

  • Utilize Excel extensively, including performing V-lookups and managing spreadsheets.

  • Assist with entering orders for materials.

  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure materials and inventory are ordered as needed.

  • Review internal and customer orders.

  • Order raw materials for specific orders, checking in-house inventory first.

  • Replace inventory for any sold or used materials.

  • Occasionally visit the warehouse to understand inventory needs (no physical labor involved).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuites, is a plus.

  • Knowledge of pivot tables is a plus.

  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus.

  • Experience with vendor relations.

Work Environment

The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime as needed. The role is onsite, offering a nice office environment, conveniently located off the highway.
