JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Develop detailed maintenance plans and schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance activities in Unilever plants.
Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, availability of resources, and impact on operations.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and other departments to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently.
Communicate maintenance plans, schedules, and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain an inventory of necessary maintenance supplies and spare parts.
Ensure timely procurement of required materials and equipment.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.
Generate reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and downtime.
Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Make sure data are recorded and stored properly both for maintenance management and spare part management system
Make sure machine ledger, maintenance calendar and standard maintenance procedures are available for maintenance management.
Own, control and improve R&M cost on a weekly basis
Collect and analyse engineering KPIs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
B.Sc./HND Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical OR Electrical Engineering
Previous processing & packing manufacturing experience is highly appreciated.
Experience with database, spreadsheet software and CMMS software
Expertise in working with engineering and computer-assisted design software
