What You'll Do:

• Perform Mig, Tig, and Arc welding to repair and maintain machinery, ensuring smooth operations across the production floor.
• Safely work with industrial electrical systems (24-480 volts), read and interpret electrical schematics, and effectively use multimeters to diagnose issues.
• Conduct routine inspections and repairs on filling and assembly lines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, dock levelers, and other critical systems.
• Use your technical expertise to interpret system error messages, diagnose malfunctions, and carry out timely repairs to keep production running seamlessly.
• Operate, maintain, and repair roasting equipment, pallet lifters, and other specialized production machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Follow a comprehensive maintenance schedule to keep all equipment functioning at peak performance, including performing line changeovers and setups.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of electrical and welding experience - food industry experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Mig, Tig, and Arc welding is required.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally work weekends, evenings, or overtime as needed.
