The Administrative Assistant provides a full range of administrative support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel, ensuring excellent customer service always.Provides administrative support to the Vice President/General Manager and other station personnel.Manages calendars and appointments.Coordinate and schedule business travel.Maintain files and records.Compose correspondence and prepare documents for transmission and/or distribution. WORD, EXCEL and POWERPOINT Job posting distribution.Order and track building supplies,Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements & Skills:High School diploma.Fluency in English.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Minimum one year’s experience in clerical support or administrative assistance.Proficiency with computers, telephones and other office equipment.Benefits:Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K), and more.
