Customer Care Representative

Working with a team of 4 in our corporate call center, you’ll be the go-to person for customers, providing friendly assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring every visit to our car wash leaves them feeling satisfied and valued. What You Will Do

• Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquires via phone, email and website chat.

• Administration of our car wash unlimited programs such as updating billing information, updating/changing account plans, etc.

• Troubleshooting customer concerns.

• Communication with all store locations.

• General administrative and clerical skills.

Do You Have?

• At least 6 months to 1 year of proven customer service experience; call center / receptionist experience is preferred.

• Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.

• Must be detail oriented.

• Must be able to work independently.

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Car wash experience is a plus.
