Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking skilled maintenance mechanics to join our second shift crew. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience within industrial maintenance, experience with preventative maintenance and/or repairs of production processing equipment.
Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate assembly, fabrication, and installation activities to ensure equipment and systems conform to engineering design and internal specifications/standards
Rewire machinery and troubleshoot electrical errors up to 480V, three phase.
Ensure reliable operation of all machinery and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.
Essential Skills
Expert-level production machinery maintenance.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
PLC troubleshooting and management skills.
Mechanical troubleshooting capabilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with electrical systems (480V).
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Mechanical and welding skills.

Work Environment
Work in a food and beverage company with a team of other skilled maintenance technicians. The shift is Monday to Friday, 2:00PM - 11:30PM, with occasional weekend work if required. Mechanics will have to adhere to safety protocols including wearing beard nets, gowns, and hairnets in production areas, and uniforms when not in production areas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
