Program Assistant (Systems Specialist)

STARTING SALARY: $50,952

JOB SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Director, the Program Associate (Systems Specialist) is responsible for organizing and delivery of CSEA WORK Institute grant programs and initiatives as a grant funded position, the job responsibilities will vary according to funder requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Work with CSEA WORK Institute grant databases to assist with proper tracking and reporting functions.2. Performs systems and programming work as it relates to grant program services.3. Facilitate member access to services through CSEA WORK Institute admin sites and assist with participant account maintenance.4. Work with csealearningcenter to maximize program function and effectiveness.5. Maintain intake, sign in and related forms to be used for grant program tracking and report submission.6. Maintain case records and other documentation to ensure program participant records are fully compliant with all grant requirements.7. Conduct customer relations with membership including responding to informational requests or referring members to appropriate resources.8. Process program invoicing and receipts as assigned.9. Assist in programmatic and fiscal data tracking and reporting as needed.10.Assist with the implementation and execution of all CSEA WORK Institute grant programs and initiatives as needed, recognizing that work assignments and tasks will vary in response to meeting the particular needs of program funder(s).11. Provide and produce program reports and program documentation as requested.12. Assist with all CSEA WORK Institute initiatives as needed.13. Register participants at workshops as needed.14. Staff CSEA events as needed.15. Other duties as assigned based on current or new deliverables to meet specifications of grant(s).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Services, Business Administration or a related field and two years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in computer applications required (SQL Server, MySQL databases, PHP, HTML).ORHigh School Diploma or equivalency and five (5) years experience in a related field. Computer proficient as stated above.ORA satisfactory combination of education, training and experience as determined by CSEA.Previous grant experience is required.Advancement to Grade 11 upon completion of two years of satisfactory as determined by the Director.
