POSITION ANNOUNCEMENTStrategic Information Management. Project Manager. Salary Grade 23: $80,026 - $91,122The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Project Manager in the Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), Office of Strategic Information Management to assist in its administration of data management initiatives that are funded by state and federal funding. The purpose of these initiatives is to ensure that OASAS can enhance the pipeline of healthcare and behavioral healthcare activities that provide substance use disorder services.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Serves as the lead coordinator between the awarded vendors and OASAS.•Works with program staff on the implementation of the contract scope of work (SOW), invoicing and adherence to contracting requirements. •Liaison with NYS ITS, WebNY, CISO and Vendors on specific project requirements and deliverables as directed. •Directs the performance of processes associated with the contracts, and reviews of vendor’s performance and compliance.•Performs contract monitoring tasks including recommendations for necessary contract modifications and contract amendments and follow up with the Division of Fiscal Administration (DFA).•Coordinates all communication, project management tasks, and compliance with time frames and benchmarks. •Identifies systemic problems with relevant implementations and advise on potential solutions or changes to resolve. •Obtains written reports on project process and create reports for OASAS leadership as needed for successful implementation and evaluation.•Travel up to 25%Minimum Qualifications:•Seven (7) years of full-time experience in managing contracts and related budgets. The managing of contracts must have included experience in one or more of the following areas: negotiation with contractors and vendors; fiscal management, including bidding, payment, analysis, and fiscal reporting; contract development, including developing requests for proposals; contract execution including securing signatory approval from control agencies; or monitoring and review of contract terms; OR•An Associate’s degree AND five (5) years of the required experience described in the first bullet; OR a Bachelor’s degree AND three (3) years of the required experience described in the first bullet.•A Master’s degree or J.D. and two (2) years’ experience as described in the first bullet.•A Ph.D. and one (1) year experience as described in the first bullet.•Valid NYS License Preferred Qualifications: •Five (5) years of experience in project management specifically related to database development and/or ITS systems integration.Location:1450 Western Ave, Albany, NY 12203 To Apply: Submit an application through our website at https://rfmh.applicantpro.com/jobs/ .
