The Principal Solution Architect will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of pioneering enterprise analytics solutions using Oracle Health Analytics Intelligence and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)'s advanced data (AI & ML) and analytics technologies. This role involves empowering healthcare customers to modernize their data and analytics capabilities, delivering impactful solutions, and driving knowledge transfer through training and collateral development.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Solution Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance analytics architectures leveraging Oracle Health Data Intelligence (HDI) products and OCI services, including Autonomous Data Warehouse, OCI Data Integration, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their business challenges, define requirements, and deliver tailored solutions that support healthcare use cases such as cost accounting, population health, and revenue analytics.
• Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower customers to effectively use Oracle health analytics tools.
• Collateral Development: Create technical documentation, best practices, solution blueprints, and use case collateral to support customer enablement and adoption.
• Implementation Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of data pipelines, data integration workflows, and enterprise reporting solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards and data governance practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and sales teams to provide customer insights and drive continuous improvement of Oracle health analytics products.
• Thought Leadership: Stay updated on trends in healthcare analytics and OCI technologies, acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a solution architect, helping customers build Analytics and AI/ML solutions.
• Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or similar data services.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data models, compliance standards, and analytics use cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical training and create high-quality collateral.
• Gathers requirements for and consults on potential impact of complex application configuration requests.
• Manages process improvement effectively, leveraging existing implemented solutions to achieve better performance and outcomes.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, building AI/ML solutions, and enterprise reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
