Robert Half HR Recruiter in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Description We are in search of a HR Recruiter to join our team based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is pivotal in our organization, focusing on managing the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to interview setup. The HR Recruiter will also be tasked with developing innovative sourcing strategies to build a talent pipeline and maintain solid relationships with potential candidates. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire hiring process, encompassing everything from initial screening to conducting background checks

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline

• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability against the job specifications

• Collaborate with HR staff and managers to gain a deep understanding of the company's needs and organizational roles

• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative methods to source talent

• Foster and maintain solid relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience

• Maintain accurate records of all candidates, including initiation dates and recruitment efforts

• Keep HR databases updated and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

• Screen and verify background for applicants, ensuring all necessary checks are carried out

• Set up interviews via video conferencing for HR staff and supervisors, coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth communication. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Must be experienced in using ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder is expected

• Proficiency in CRM is necessary

• Experience with About Time software is preferred

• Must be able to use Applicant Track System effectively

• Experience in conducting Background Checks is necessary

• Understanding of Benefit Functions is required
