We are offering an exciting contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. As a Project Manager in the construction industry, you will be tasked with the management and coordination of residential and commercial projects. This role involves effective team collaboration, superior communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within set timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and architects to generate future opportunities.

• Some estimating and financials

• Ensure adherence to quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Handle day-to-day project operations, ensuring seamless project-team communication.

• Regularly update and analyze project schedules, making necessary adjustments for timely project closeout.

• Monitor changes in project scope and manage these changes using appropriate tools.

• Ensure safe working practices are maintained at all project sites.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders about work progress, schedule variance, crew, and safety performance.

• Familiarize with new customer requirements and communicate these to the company staff.

Requirements

• Applicants must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.

• Experience with CRM systems is necessary.

• Applicants must have a solid understanding of database management.

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is critical.

• Familiarity with IBM software is desired.

• Proficiency in using About Time software is highly preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of budget processes is essential.

• Exceptional customer service skills are required.

• The ability to create and manage deliverables is necessary.

• Experience in tenant improvement projects is beneficial.

Must be willing to travel and have 3-5 years of construction experience
