Job Description

The Scale House Operator at Black Rock Services in Los Lunas, NM, is responsible for managing the flow of trucks in and out of the aggregate distribution yard. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the operator works closely with dispatch and other departments to ensure smooth operations, including ticketing trucks and tracking loads.

Job Requirements

• Check in/out trucks through the scales and issue tickets after loading.

• Communicate directly with truckers, dispatch, production, billing, and compliance teams.

• Maintain accurate records of loads, tickets, and product volumes.

• Interact with internal and external drivers, ensuring quality customer service.

• Track multiple trucks and handle a fast-paced work environment.

• Address scheduling conflicts and provide feedback on dispatch and production schedules.

• Punctuality, professionalism, and maintaining a positive attitude.

• Attending weekly production and safety meetings.

• Building and maintaining close customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Recording and reporting sales records, truck movements, and other tasks efficiently.

• 40+ hours per week with overtime and weekends, as needed

• Bilingual a plus

  Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must obtain MSHA certification (company paid)
