Job Title: Semiconductor Maintenance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Semiconductor Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of semiconductor equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electronics, mechanics, and semiconductor equipment troubleshooting. This role is crucial for ensuring the proper functioning of production support equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Organize and control the activities of maintenance and repair.

• Maintain all production equipment.

• Provide production support for equipment and systems.

• Train, discipline, and lead site services employees.

Essential Skills

• Working knowledge of semiconductor equipment maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.

• Experience in maintenance supervision.

• Strong management, leadership, and supervisory skills.

• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols.

• Mechanical and manufacturing experience.

• Experience with semiconductor tools and equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a semiconductor environment.

• Knowledge of advanced equipment and processes.

• Experience with tools specific to the semiconductor industry.

Work Environment

You will be working in a semiconductor cleanroom and office environment. The role may require working in small spaces and wet environments. The use of PPE and respiratory protection is necessary. You will need to stand for long periods and occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs, with frequent exertion up to 50 lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
