Description We are looking for a Network Administrator to join our team in Alexandria, Louisiana. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing and maintaining our company's networking systems, which include Cisco and Citrix technologies, Dell hardware, and firewall configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Administer network systems, including Cisco routers and other Cisco technologies

• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix technologies within the business

• Maintain and upgrade Dell technologies as required

• Implement and manage firewall technologies to ensure security of data and network access

• Utilize Active Directory for network user management

• Oversee backup technologies to safeguard company data

• Maintain computer hardware to ensure optimal performance

• Perform configuration management tasks as needed

• Oversee regular deployments and updates of network systems

• Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to optimize network performance and functionality. Requirements

• Proficiency in managing Cisco Routers and other Cisco Technologies

• Familiarity with Citrix and Dell Technologies

• Experience with Firewall Technologies and Active Directory

• Proficiency in Backup Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Hands-on experience in Deployments

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to keep up with the latest developments in the field

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred.
