This position is responsible for identifying Emergency Management, Security, Environmental Health and Safety hazards and/or vulnerabilities in the workplace. In addition, the incumbent will recommend and implement programs to ensure a safe workplace for the campus community and to ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state environmental health and occupational safety regulations, implementation of security and emergency management requirements and best practices, and record keeping according to established guidelines. This person shall also serve as the Human Rights Officer, Discrimination/Harassment Complaints Officer, and the Title IX Coordinator and shall conduct applicable investigations according to the MnSCU 1B1 complaint procedure.
