In this position...

Program Planning Analyst will work closely with Prototype Operations Operating Members at New Models to forecast and manage budgets.

What you'll do...

Identify, research, and evaluate new prototype operation opportunities and partner with Operating Committee to develop new road maps

Assess the financial viability and build the business case for new business opportunities.

Identify, execute and manage strategic partnerships with finance and customers on monthly billings, purchase order spend ant salary/hourly headcount targets

Work cross-functionally, both within the Prototype Operations and the broader Ford organization.

Develop and maintain business dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into business performance

Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and drive growth. 5 Year Capital business Plan

Lead ad-hoc projects as needed to support business objectives.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for data-driven initiatives.

Systems used day to day:

Asset verification (disposal/transfers)

EWHMS, Ariba, Peoplesoft, PCAM, FAME, CPARS

FAB Card Administrator

TWOS/Workforce 1

Excel and Pivot tables

PowerPoint and Power apps

You'll have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field of study.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in (finance, business & strategy, etc.).

Even better, you may have…

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).

  • Experience developing robust financial analyses to support business strategies.

  • Strategic mindset with an ability to be a thought partner to Operating leadership.

  • Self-starter with a demonstrable comfort with ambiguity.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, ability to quickly build trust and establish credibility.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving products.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to requested schedules as needed.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8.
