Job Title: Sales Operations Project Manager
Job Description
This person will be working with the sales operations team. They are focused on changing the commission system and standardizing territory management and incentive compensation. This PM will be responsible for coming in and helping them with the transition to another ERP
This person will work with management from each different division. They will work with the SMEs, which could range from a manager of a team to someone who is purely transactional. They will track the project plan through Smartsheets. This person will be integral in providing updates to the team and keeping everything organized
Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfaces with internal customers or department personnel.
Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision. Roles typically require a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. Job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 2 or more years of experience.
