Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

Job Summary: As a member of the team, the Business Operations Coordinator supports initiatives by assisting in the gathering and entry of data related to media inventory and display specifications, campaign coordination, and POP (digital and print), and related systems. The position will report to ACS Fulfillment Manager and support functional managers on specific projects and day-to-day activities, as assigned. Job Responsibilities: • Supports ACS Fulfillment Team by facilitating efficient use of system resources across related departments • Enter and maintain details related to campaign coordination ensuring data flows accurately to supporting systems. • Provides written and verbal communication to Sales and Operations regarding campaign details to ensure advertiser contracts are fulfilled on-time. • Monitor adherence to standard processes and systems usage • Provide excellent internal customer service in response to support requests • Regularly review quality control of data • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Hard Skills

  • 2-3 years of related administrative work experience preferred

  • Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely

  • Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Soft Skills

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

The position involves regular communication and coordination with various departments, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of campaigns.
