Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. The role involves working on commercial projects across the Lehigh Valley, performing tasks such as running and bending ductwork. You will work in crews ranging from 2 to 4 members, with larger projects involving larger crews. Projects are typically within an hour's radius of the shop. Candidates must have at least 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, possess their own tools, and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Read blueprints and technical diagrams related to HVAC systems.
Install, inspect, and test HVAC systems according to design specifications.
Run and bend ductwork.
Work collaboratively in crews ranging from 2 to 4 members.
Oversee and manage crews as needed.
Essential Skills
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience or HVAC schooling.
Experience in running and bending ductwork.
Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Possession of own tools and reliable transportation.

Work Environment
You will work in a team of 2 to 8 members in a new construction environment. The standard work hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional hours as needed. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and jeans on the first day. A T-shirt, hard hat, and safety glasses will be provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $35.00/hr.
