The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for entering invoices, ensuring they are matched correctly, and processing payments. This role involves high-volume data entry, processing between 150-200 invoices daily. The role may also include assisting with ACH payments, wire transfers, stop payment requests, and issuing checks. This position offers opportunities for advancement and a great company culture, with the potential for remote or hybrid work after an initial in-office period.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and process invoices, ensuring accurate 3-way matching.

  • Assist with making ACH payments, wire transfers, stop payment requests, and issuing checks.

  • Handle high-volume data entry, processing a minimum of 150 invoices daily.

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume Accounts Payable processing (150 invoices per day).

  • Proficiency with purchase orders and 3-way matching.

  • Experience with PeopleSoft and Workday.

  • Strong data entry skills, including proficiency with 10-key (assessment scores of 10,000 and above required).

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred for maximum pay.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

  • Shared services experience is highly valued.

Work Environment

The work environment is a professional, corporate office setting with individual cubicles. The Accounts Payable team consists of 50-60 members, including 1 Director, 2 Managers, and 5 Supervisors. Business professional attire is required from Monday to Thursday, with business casual on Friday. Work hours are between 8 AM - 5:30 PM, with some flexibility required for shifts and holidays. Candidates will initially work in the office during the contract period and for an additional 90 business days after becoming permanent, after which remote or hybrid work options may be available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
