Advantage Resource Group Administrative Assistant in ALTOONA, Pennsylvania
Client company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support a two-office practice serving Altoona and Huntingdon. This role involves managing administrative and office tasks for both locations, requiring exceptional communncation skills, strong organizational abilities, and the flexibility to balance priorties across the practice. Candidate will provide general administrative assistance, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling corresponcence. Will act as the first point of contact for clients by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and addressing inquiries professionally. Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) The candidate will work approximately 30 to 32 hrs. per week. Must have reliable transporation and be able to work in Huntingdon.
