We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Office Manager to join our team.  This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering top-notch customer service.  The ideal candidate will excel in administrative tasks, be comfortable with multitasking, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast paced environment.  Applicant must be proficient in data entry and standard computer software programs, be able to manage electronic and paper filing systems, handle incoming and outgoing emails, insure office workflow, deal professionally with customers and insurance company personnel, handle payments from customers, maintain a professional appearance, and perform other duties as assigned.  Insurance office experience is a plus, but not required.
