Buyerlink Office Admin & Executive Assistant in American Fork, Utah
The Office Admin/EA will simultaneously help keep our office running smoothly & support the executive team through event planning & ad hoc projects. A typical day might include coordinating meetings, taking minutes, booking trade show events and travel, placing snack, supply, and lunch orders and working with department heads on all sorts of projects.
This is a full-time role at our office in American Fork, UT.
Responsibilities:
Be the go-to administrative resource for the executives, and the entire leadership team
Order & organize marketing materials such as apparel, client gifts, and brochures
Arrange/order team lunches
Book travel arrangements
Own planning conference & events logistics
Run errands such as dropping off mail and picking up items for the office
Be the point of contact for workstation equipment tracking & ordering
Book meetings for leadership team and prep attendees accordingly
Lead communication with third-party vendors such as cleaning staff
Coordinate office supplies and needs
Plan and execute office events and team activities
Respond to ad hoc requests
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Are a critical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience administering Google Business Suite tools
Ability to effectively communicate your ideas to a diverse audience
Are highly adaptive and have a high tolerance for ambiguity
Can-do attitude and hustle
Able to follow up on tasks, seek out answers, and push projects forward
Ability to decode paperwork requirements and forms
Compensation will be determined by factors including knowledge and skills, role-specific qualifications, and experience.
