AMHERST Temporary Maintenance Technician We are looking for temporary maintenance team members who should have basic hand tool knowledge, be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted, have familiarity with painting or \"handyman work\", and an ability to learn quickly and work independently. There are three turnover periods annually: 6/17/2024 - 7/5/2024 7/18/ 2024 - 8/2/2024 8/15/2024 - 9/6/2024 Applicants should be available to work one, two or all three of the timeframes. Hours will vary weekly, but a minimum of 35 hours per week will be scheduled. Overtime is common for this role and applicants will be paid time and half for all hours worked over 40 in a given work week.
