Ivoclar Sr Manager Sales Trainer in Amherst, New York

Sr Manager Sales Training

Location: Remote

Essential Functions:

  • Develop, implement a sales selling model, and continuously improve sales training programs tailored to the needs of Ivoclar sales teams.

  • Conduct training sessions (in-person and virtual) to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and create targeted programs to address skill gaps.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and product developments to ensure training is relevant and effective.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and sales performance metrics.

  • Coach and mentor new sales representatives to ensure their success in their roles.

  • Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align training content with product launches and company goals.

  • Develop training materials, including presentations, training guides, and e-learning modules.

  • Ensure consistency in training delivery across regions and maintain the quality of training across all markets.

  • Utilize video recording to provide coaching feedback during training to improve overall skill sets.

  • Participate in field rides with the sales team to gain perspective on the market, to provide coaching guidance to the sales team, and to align training with market dynamics.

    Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales training and coaching role, preferably in the dental, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.

  • Proven success in developing and delivering sales training programs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Willingness to travel throughout North America and globally as required.
