Supply Planning Process Expert - Health Systems Make-to-order :

Shape the future of planning and drive supply planning process excellence to achieve excellence in serving our customers and enabling business success.

Your role:

  • Lead best-in-class supply planning process excellence across end-to-end, complex, long lead-time, make-to-order value chains, including installations, to deliver superior customer service levels with optimized profitability.

  • Lead efforts to design and improve supply planning processes, providing expertise in process analysis and recommendations on relevant industry best practices.

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement within supply planning. Regularly evaluate processes, identify areas for refinement, and implement supply planning best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Establish accurate supply planning process performance tracking and reporting mechanisms through usage of leading and lagging KPIs, referencing internal/external benchmarks and relevant targets. Utilize data and analytics to provide valuable insights into supply planning performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving improvements.

  • Work with a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to set standards of planning excellence, transform supply planning processes, and play an integral part in accelerating a successful implementation of advanced planning technology solutions that enhance our planning processes and capabilities.

  • Work closely with your respective Supply Planning Product Owner to define best-in-class process and data governance for new and existing advanced planning solutions.

  • Develop impactful training content, provide training and guidance to supply planning teams, ensuring they are well-versed in optimized processes and best practices.

  • Play a key role in change management efforts related to supply planning process improvements for complex, long lead-time, make-to-order value chains including installations, ensuring the seamless adoption and integration of optimized processes. Clarify the impact of new ways of working, including process changes and IT applications, to deployment teams. Lead communities of practice.

You're the right fit if:

  • Master degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in supply planning, integrated business planning operations, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent understanding of best-in-class Supply Planning processes for complex, long lead-time, make-to-order value chains including installations with related operational experience.

  • Strong experience and proficiency in utilizing digital tools and technologies relevant to Supply Planning, such as advanced planning software, data analytics and SAP. Direct experience with systems like o9, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or OMP is highly advantageous. Hands on successful experience in advanced supply chain solution selection and implementation of integrated solutions is highly advantageous.

  • 5+ years of experience and proven track record in developing and implementing best-in-class supply planning processes integrated end-to-end for complex, long lead-time, make-to-order value chains including installations, delivering high impact improvements related to customer service levels (lead times, on-time delivery), inventory turns and planner productivity.

  • You provide thought leadership in building connections between planning and supply chain actions and business outcomes. Ability to envision the future of planning and drive innovation in processes and tools.

  • Proven track record and strong analytical skills to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes.

  • You have demonstrated leadership capabilities in driving process excellence and fostering a culture of improvement. You are able to handle challenges and conflicts with a solution-oriented approach.
