Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Anaheim, California. This role involves managing various accounting functions, handling accounts payable and receivable, as well as utilizing various accounting software systems. The position is set within the financial services industry, where you'll be working with tools such as BlackLine, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage accounting functions within the organization.

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.

• Work with ADP - Financial Services for efficient management of financial resources.

• Use BlackLine and Concur systems to enhance financial reporting and transparency.

• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient resource management.

• Manage auditing processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Oversee billing functions, ensuring all invoices are accurately generated and dispatched.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounting and billing, providing excellent customer service. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Experience with the BlackLine system is a key requirement.

• Knowledge of Concur software is expected.

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is essential.

• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must.

• Ability to perform Auditing tasks is necessary.

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is expected.
