Provides routine and ad-hoc installation, service and consultation on all beverage equipment, to include bar guns, juice machines, fountain heads, coffee machines, espresso units, bubblers, smoothie and soft serve equipment. Works closely with sales for onsite surveys and record keeping, to include contracts, work orders and service logs. Additionally, the Technician performs preventative maintenance on equipment in the field as well as on-call rotation with other Technicians to properly install, maintain and service equipment.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The pay for this role is between $27.00 and $30.00

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • repair, cleaning and sanitation of all beverage equipment for new installations and replacements in accounts

  • maintain an adequate inventory of all beverage equipment parts and will be responsible for ordering replacement inventory

  • keep beverage room clean and organized at all times

  • address all service requests in a professional manner and dispatch calls to third party service companies

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training :

  • High School Education or GED required

Related Experience/Requirements:

  • Two years experience installing and servicing commercial beverage equipment.

  • List other experience types preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • heaving lifting (up to 60 lbs)

  • working knowledge of electricity

  • working knowledge of plumbing

  • working knowledge of refrigeration systems

  • mechanical skills

  • ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment

  • ability to operate warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker)

  • must have good driving record

The expected base rate for this role is between $27.00 and $30.00. This role is also eligible for overtime pay.
