Part Time ER Registration/Patient Intake positions are available immediately.

Looking for detail oriented,customer service mined individuals to perform all admitting, transfer, registration, and discharge functions when patients are admitted or registered to hospital/clinic.

One year of customer service registration processing, medical office or computer data base experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant education/training is required to be considered for this position.

Applicants mustbe able to operatea multi-line phone system, have proficient computer skills, operate general office equipment, and must be able to type 30 wpm.

Basic medical terminology, excellent communications skills written/verbal and the ability to research and problem solve are also required for this position.

This is a Part time positions with pay starting at $18.50/HR depending on experience.

Available Shifts:

• PART TIME 7am-330pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday (Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday OFF

The following shift includes additional hourly compensation for working hours after 6pm.

• PART TIME Work Sunday, Monday, Friday and Thursday 2-1030pm (Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday OFF)

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 year of customer service, registration processing, medical office, or computer data base experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills/various softwares
• Knowledgably operate a multi-line phone system
• Background will be viewed
• Drug free environment
