What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (or willing to gain) as a handyman/woman or in a related trade.
• Skilled/trainable in multiple areas such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and general repairs.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance.
• Own basic tools (preferred).
• Open to weekend work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of home repairs and improvement tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, roofing, painting, decks, fencing and more!
• Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and execute repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with clients to ensure their needs are met.
• Attend weekly safety meetings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Utilize mobile app for time clock, mileage tracking, receipts, etc...
• Receive additional training as necessary
