Insight Global Tier 1 Helpdesk in Anchorage, Alaska

Job Description

Job Functions: The resource will perform the following Tier 1 support duties and other duties as assigned:

First Point of Contact:

  Assist customers with technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.

Troubleshooting:

  Identify and resolve basic hardware, software, and network problems.

Ticket Resolution:

  Efficiently manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.

  Communicate ticket status and resolution steps to end-users.

Issue Escalation:

  Forward unresolved issues to higher-level technicians.

Documentation:

  Record details of support interactions and solutions.

Customer Service:

  Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

System Monitoring:

  Keep an eye on system performance and respond to alerts.

User Training:

  Help users understand and use IT systems and software.

Skills and Requirements

1-3 years Microsoft background (Teams, Intune etc)

  2-3 years experience of IT support experience

  Strong customer service and communication skills null
