POSITION:

Youth Care Specialist

JOB CATEGORY:

LTC (Labor, Trades and Crafts)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plans, prepares and serves meals to facility residents and staff according to prepared menu and staff/resident count. Completes required food service documentation.

Prepares for next day operations as required.

Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment.

Maintains security of the food service department, its content, and staff.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a staff that has the desire and ability to work effectively in a secure setting.

Candidates should have the ability to follow written and verbal instruction and recipes, and perform duties under minimal supervision.

Ability to use basic math skills in computing the changing size of recipes.

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
