Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Driver’s License

• Good command of English

• Strong leadership skills with a goal-oriented approach

• Analytical and result-driven mindset

• Excellent communication skills

• Open to innovation and development, with a strong teamwork orientation

Roles and Responsiblities

• Conduct visits to on-trade and off-trade beverage points within the assigned responsibility area, analyze all sales activities and commercial conditions, verify invoices, and prepare presentation reports.

• Ensure that sales teams comply with company ethics, competition regulations, and other company policies, and report findings accordingly.

• Monitor field sales teams’ adherence to company goals and success criteria, ensuring full compliance with competition principles, role responsibilities, and sales point engagement criteria. Provide updates to the Commercial Capability Directorate and report to the Regional Directorate.

• Conduct field visits with sales teams as part of the Check-up Performance Journey, document visit notes, and present analysis reports to HR, Sales, and Regional Management.
