Job Duties

  • Collaborate with team to define and gather project requirements.

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and potential solutions.

  • Draw up plans to make strategic and tactical use of available opportunities.

  • Works with Quality Assurance team to assist in testing for future changes and enhancements.

  • Conduct meetings and presentations in a professional environment.

  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.

    Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in computer science, business information systems related technical field, or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of two year's relevant work experience as a business analyst or in a role that required analytical methodology of processes, systems, or applications.

  • Strong diagramming and documenting skills.

  • Ability to process, analyze, and solve complex information.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work well with with a wide variety of people in a professional setting.
