ManpowerGroup Warehouse Maintenance in Antioch, Tennessee

Our client, a leading player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operational efficiency of the distribution center. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Maintenance Technician

Location: LaVergne, TN

Pay Range: $21 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Perform general repairs on equipment under the supervision of Maintenance Mechanic II or III Technicians.

  • Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers, lights, and outlets.

  • Complete minor and routine maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and cleaning equipment.

  • Assist skilled maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions.

  • Ensure all hazardous materials are stored properly at the end of each shift.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred.

  • Basic understanding of hand, power, and shop tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

  • Must be able to work assigned shifts, including overtime and holidays as needed.
