Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm\'s profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm\'s customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services. Coordinate or participate in promotional activities or trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, or production managers, to market services. Direct the training, or performance evaluations of costume wavers and oversee their daily activities. Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services, working with advertising and promotion managers. Select products or accessories to be displayed at trade or special production shows. Use sales forecasting or strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Plan and execute social media campaigns, increasing visibility of our brand and responding appropriately to outside reviews Compile lists describing product or service offerings. Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. Other duties may include dressing in costume to promote office Phone calling campaigns General housekeeping duties Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies. Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations. Contact organizations to explain services and facilities offered. Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets, such as dealers, distributors, or consumers. Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products. Develop communications materials, advertisements, presentations, or public relations initiatives to promote awareness of products and services.
