Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Contract to Hire

What's the Job?

• Perform server work in a production environment and security tasks

• Understand how NTFS and SHARE permissions can be used and how to properly secure users, folders, etc.

• Build servers from scratch both physical and virtual systems

• Lift server equipment and perform installations into racks - 50lbs

• Minimal travel to other County buildings. Travel will not be reimbursed

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of server work experience specifically performing server work in a production environment and security tasks

• A solid understanding of how NTFS and SHARE permissions can be used and how to properly secure users, folders, etc.

• The ability to build servers from scratch both physical and virtual systems

• Must be able to lift server equipment and perform installations into racks - 50lbs

• Candidates MUST be current Wisconsin residents. No relocation allowed.
