Business Operations AnalystThis role will play a key support of various categories with the Packaging Strategic Sourcing team within Supply Chain at Land O'Lakes for our Dairy Foods and/or Feed business units. This individual will oversee contract and pricing audits to include managing of pricing in the various ERP systems. Other key responsibilities include ownership in crafting and maintaining pricing analytical reports via PowerBI, generating spend reports for RFPs, auditing of supplier pricing, commodity tracking. This role will be responsible for managing integrity of packaging data systems which include pricing, spend reports, and packaging specifications as well as executing certain sourcing related business processes.Contracting GovernanceAcquire pricing data, perform analysis, and provide guidance to the Category Managers.Initiate supplier pricing audits to ensure compliance with contracted price changes to include pricing formulas and commodity indexing adjustments.Develop and implement supplier development programs to enhance supplier capabilities and performance to include supplier scorecards and KPIs maintained through PowerBI reports.Data & Systems OwnershipApply advanced MS Excel skills and utilize internal reporting systems (E1, OBI, Power BI, Helix, Ariba) and collaborate with BU functional IT teams to ensure packaging data accuracy across the full LOL enterprise.Implement new IT data management processes to improve data integrity and accuracy for packaging.Harmonize data via Snowflake from the various data sources, generate new Power BI reports for effective communication of the packaging spend and specification data in the various BU ERP systemsMaintain Helix/Centric packaging specifications data and incorporate packaging specifications datasets from other BU functions. Work with suppliers to ensure specification data is current and accurate.Craft methods and tools for tracking and process improvements.Maintain supplier and pricing administration.Required Experience & Skills:Experience with data analysis, problem solving, highly proficient in MS ExcelAbility to detail with ambiguityAttention-to-detail, high organization skillsAbility to prioritize and escalate effectivelyStrong written and verbal communication4-year degree in Supply Chain, Business, Accounting/Finance, or economics with 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, Planning or Supply Chain (or related areas)Crafting PowerBI reports is strongly preferredSalary Range: $79,200 - $118,800About Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
