ManpowerGroup Process Development Engineer - Electronics in Arden Hills, Minnesota
A medical device client of ours is seeking a highly motivated engineer to join their Process Development team. The candidate must have the desire to utilize their skills to solve technical/complex problems in a hands-on manner, working in a fast paced environment, and across multiple functions in a global company. Client is seeking electronics experience from any industry as a MUST HAVE for this opening. This is a contract to direct opening and a great way to get into a very reputable company.
Job Title: Process Development Engineer
Location: Arden Hills, MN
Pay Rate: 35-60hr, depends on skill level
Key Responsibilities
Assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on platform or derivative projects.
Applies technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation.
Executes the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
Prepares and presents technical data and recommendations at technical reviews.
Ensures proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements. (e.g., BOMs, Routers, FMEAs, etc.)
Writes and reviews validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering discipline
3-10 years of engineering experience within process development and microelectronics
MUST BE HANDS ON
Medical device industry experience is nice to have but not required
Demonstrated use of DFSS tools (DOE, problem solving, statistical analysis).
