If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.In partnership with our College & Talent Recruiters, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality of our intern and new graduate candidate's experience throughout the recruiting, interviewing and hiring processes.Primary responsibilities include:Talent Acquisition Coordination: Manage the recruiting process in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by ensuring seamless communication and coordination between recruiters, external candidates, internal employees, hiring managers, and interview teams.College Relations Coordination: M onitor college relations mailbox, complete event registrations, ship materials and track all recruiting activities.Job Posting Management: Publish job openings on multiple external job sites as directed by recruiters, ensuring accurate and timely postings across all platforms.Interview, Travel Logistics, and Invoicing: Coordinate interview schedules, arrange travel when necessary, and handle invoice processing efficiently.Pre-Employment Administration: Oversee and administer pre-employment processes, background checks, ensuring compliance and timeliness. You'll also be responsible for the smooth onboarding of new employees, including handling offer letters, I-9s, and other necessary paperwork.Process Improvement: Serve as a key stakeholder in driving initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and promote inclusivity, contributing to continuous improvements in our recruitment processes.Education and Experience:Associate's degree or higher in Human Resources or Business1 years of experience in a Recruitment Coordinator role or Project Coordinator role or HR administrative support role within higher education or a business environment.Direct experience in using an HRIS system or Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience desiredComputer proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointCompetencies and other skills:Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects given short lead timesExceptional customer service skillsExcellent accuracy and attention to detail and confidentiality are criticalWork well under pressure/deadlines while demonstrating a positive rapportMust be results oriented individual who is able to deal with ambiguityHourly hiring range: 24.15-36.23About Land O'Lakes, Inc.Join us and be part of a Fortune 250, farmer- and member-owned cooperative that is reimagining the business of food.
