As a Talent Acquisition Specialist II at Boston Scientific, you will play a key role in driving the full-cycle recruiting process that builds the future of our organization. You will partner with dynamic internal teams, including hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional COEs, to bring your creative recruitment strategies to life. Your responsibilities will include: Innovate and Strategize: Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge strategies to source, evaluate, and build pipelines of diverse, passive candidates, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in the talent market. Manage Complexity: Expertly juggle multiple priorities across various divisions, all while positioning Boston Scientific as an employer of choice through strategic talent acquisition initiatives. Build Talent Networks: Forge and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates and talent pools, addressing immediate hiring needs and establishing a robust talent pipeline for future growth. Influence and Coach: Collaborate closely with hiring leaders, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process to ensure the selection of top-tier talent while upholding best hiring practices. Drive Recruitment Excellence: Oversee the entire hiring process from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Lead with Impact: Represent the talent acquisition function on key projects and initiatives, driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes and policies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Be a Thought Leader: Contribute to the development of innovative recruiting techniques, new concepts, and standards that push the boundaries of what's possible in talent acquisition, positioning Boston Scientific as a leader in the field. Leverage Technology and Insights: Utilize Success Factors, Eightfold, data analytics, competitive intelligence, and industry events to build deep talent pools and track sourcing strategies, ensuring long-term success and adaptability in the talent market. Required Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2years' experience in Talent Acquisition Experience sourcing and attracting top diverse talent Experience working in a matrix-centric environment Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication skills for working in a multi-business environment. Passion for leveraging social media and digital channels. Impeccable track record of integrity and a tenacious appetite for driving strategic business decisions forward. Ability to learn multiple areas of the business efficiently. Experience with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs).
