Job Description Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the cross-functional project management efforts associated with hiring and onboarding colleagues as the organization is building capabilities and scaling capacity to enable future growth. This role ensures smooth and qualitative hiring and onboarding experience for all newly joining colleagues across the US and Canada (incl., marketing, quality, regulatory, medical affairs, supply chain, R&D, commercial operations, market access, sales, etc.). The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to build and execute on successful hiring and onboarding experience across various departments (incl., Talent Acquisition, IT, Fleet Management, Client Human Resources, People Operations, Training teams, etc.).

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build robust onboarding journey: in collaboration with other departments (incl., Talent Acquisition, IT, Fleet Management, Client Human Resources, People Operations, Training teams, etc.) build and implement the end-to-end pre-onboarding and onboarding roadmap for new hires that will enable speed and quality within the process of: candidates offer acceptance to the first deliverable of the new hire across all USCAN functions.

  • Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams (incl., Talent Acquisition, IT, Fleet Management, Client Human Resources, People Operations, Training teams, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely execution of the onboarding plans.

  • Risk management: develop mitigation strategies and ensure proactive resolution of issues that could impact the timeline for new hires to join and achieve first deliverables.

  • Change Management: ensure People Leaders across the organization are aware and onboard with any changes proposed to the process, and are fully trained on their role in onboarding the teams.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarding-related communications, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders on onboarding progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Prioritization and Resource Management: Work with functional points of contact to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet the timelines for new hires to join and achieve first deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, PMP or similar certification preferred

  • 2+ years of project management

  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing across functions

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
