Job overview and responsibilities

· Management of Training Materials for new hire training includes creating, updating, and organizing

resources to support effective onboarding

· Coordinating with the Global Learning design team to ensure training milestones are met and that materials are aligned with broader learning strategies and standards

· Performance Monitoring and Development of new hires in classroom training involves assessing their progress through observations, evaluations, and feedback

· Provide coaching and support to address skill gaps and ensure readiness for transitioning to on-the-job training

· Creating key performance indicators to measure training success and developing strategic plans to address future training needs

· Ensures the organization is prepared for evolving demands and maintains consistent skill development across all teams

· Collaborating with instructors to identify new hire training continuity plans involves working together to develop strategies that address training gaps and ensure consistent learning experiences

· Plan for alternative training approaches, resources, and support to keep new hires on track in the event of schedule changes or learning obstacles

· Coordination with stakeholders for underperforming employees involves collaborating with managers, HR, and training teams to address performance issues

· Develop targeted action plans, providing additional support, and ensuring alignment on strategies to help employees meet performance expectations

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Business/Administration, Education, Communications or Human Resource

  • 1-2 years of scheduling operations

  • 1-2 years of crew scheduling experience or aviation management

  • 1+ years of project management experience

  • Analytical skills

  • Written and verbal communication

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Knowledge of crew scheduling

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Master's degree

  • 2+ years of experience with training and development

  • 2+ years in a people leader role

  • Training design

  • Familiarity with relevant labor regulations and compliance
