Guidehouse Digital Program Coordinator - Federal Advisory in ARLINGTON, Virginia

What You Will Do:
Support ongoing program management initiatives to achieve cross-team effectiveness and efficiency, such as refining workflows and processes, documenting SOPs, and monitoring reports/dashboards to mitigate program risks and assess program improvement opportunities
Facilitate cross-functional, cross-team decision-making and work with workstream leads and client stakeholders to align on priorities
Leverage and refine agile best practices in day-to-day operations to execute the program roadmap and achieve overall client goals
Gather and synthesize requirements and coordinate cross-team efforts for government stage gate reviews
Work with cross-functional teams to prepare presentations for monthly executive steering committee and RAID (risk, assumptions, issues, decisions) meetings
Support the formalized process of PI scope definition, work planning across sprints, and client review/approval for implementation vendor.
Support program retrospective planning, implementation, and follow throughs
Support requirements gathering, review, and approval for new website features across the Digital Modernization
Track and report on the migration of remaining legacy content into the new CMS and site design templates; review and verify that content has migrated to requirements
Support requirements gathering and implementation of a learning management system (LMS)
Schedule and review demo’s for the CMS and new website
Document review and approval of use guides written to support client use of the new website
Development of executive level briefs
Development and maintenance of Jira dashboards to report on program delivery / progress; Collect data and consistently update / maintain a program-level metrics report
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum THREE (3) years of Experience with dashboard visualization software (e.g., Power BI)
Experience synthesizing client needs into business requirements
Develop MS Office resources including PowerPoints, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets
Experience with agile program/project management
Ability to work overtime required on occasion
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to communicate clearly in writing
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with a content management system, preferably Drupal
General understanding of 508-compliance
Experience with a learning management system
Experience working directly with client stakeholders
Experience with Jira
